Crawl to action!

The Million Baby Crawl is coming to Seattle.

Increasing links between common household chemicals and important children's health issues has inspired Seventh Generation to team up with a coalition of organizations including Safer Chemicals, Healthy Families to promote the passage of the "Kids Safe Chemicals Act". This proposed legislation would reform toxic chemical policy and require chemical manufacturers to do safety tests on their products and make the results public. The Million Baby Crawl is a campaign to educate families and gather signatures.

On Wednesday, November 18, from 10am-2pm, the public is invited to the Seattle Center Pavilion for family friendly festivities to raise awareness on this issue. Local musicians and performers, including Caspar Babypants will be there to entertain. Other activities include mural painting and a baby t-shirt making station. What a great way to have fun and support a good cause. Hope to see you there!
